OMS Counselor

The OMS Counseling Program is an integral part of the total education program. It is comprehensive, developmentally appropriate, and preventive in nature.  It promotes students' academic, personal/social development and raises career awareness. It is designed to meet the needs of all students.

Middle School Counselors

    Provide direct counseling services to students individually and in support   groups

    Provide education and support services to parents

    Provide assessment by helping students identify their skills, abilities, achievements and interests

    Help students to understand more about themselves during this transitional      period

       Help students manage and organize information

       Help students develop positive attitudes toward lifelong learning

       Help student explore career exploration activities
